I have always enjoyed photography and living in the Pacific Northwest with its incredible natural beauty, there are always subjects to photograph. In 1996 I found an underwater camera buried in the mud and debris while diving. I cleaned it up popped some new batteries and film into it and thus started my career in underwater photography. Over the years I have upgraded my camera system and now use a housed Nikon and two Sea & Sea strobes.
In 1998 my husband and I bought a Cessna 182. Photographing from a small plane is just wonderful. The area here in Puget Sound with its mountains and volcanoes, ocean and islands provides endless subject matter.
As a pilot and a diver I see many amazing things that few people get to experience. My photography allows me to share with others some of the incredible marine life beneath the sea and the beautiful sights that the aerial prospective gives, here in the Northwest and also while traveling.
